Steve Reese [MORE]
President, Reese Energy Consulting, Inc.

Steve Reese brings more than 28 years of experience in the natural gas
industry to his positions as president of Reese Energy Consulting and as a
partner with Reese-Colston Energy Training. Before starting his businesses, he
held numerous positions at Getty and Texaco where he was responsible for
midstream business development, gas supply and marketing, and gas contract
administration.
Reese's areas of expertise include gas marketing consulting, midstream gas
asset business development and management, gas processing contract
negotiations, asset evaluation, and pipeline and midstream acquisition and
divestment. He is a frequent expert witness in energy-related legal matters in
state and federal courts, and has taught Natural Gas 101 and Gas Processing
Agreements to more than 4,000 industry professionals and every major energy
firm in the U.S.
Reese earned his bachelor's degree in business from the
University of Central Oklahoma. He and his family make their home in Edmond,
Oklahoma.

Fred C. Colston III, CSHO [MORE]

Fred Colston brings more than 30 years of diversified experience in the
areas of fire safety and protection, firefighting techniques, hazardous
materials, cause investigation, first responder and rescue training, and
numerous other basic, intermediate and advanced subjects to his positions with
the Colston companies. He is a nationally recognized trainer and educator
across every aspect of fire safety, protection and compliance for those who
work in the hydrocarbon processing and chemical processing industries and
energy-related fields.
Colston is a retired lieutenant with The Woodlands Fire Department in The
Woodlands, Texas, where he also served as team leader, instructor, and a part
of the department's special teams, as well as holding other positions. He
worked as a safety officer for the Victoria Fire Department in Victoria,
Texas; as a former firefighter and EMT with the Houston Fire Department; and
as a former captain and paramedic with the Miamisburg Fire Department in Ohio.
Colston holds numerous certifications in OSHA training and fire instruction,
and authors his training curricula for Colston Safety & Training, Colston
Training Technologies, and Reese-Colston Energy Training.
Fred Colston is a graduate of the Houston Fire Academy and a certified
paramedic. He and his family make their home in The Woodlands, Texas.

Wes Haun [MORE]

With more than 20 years of experience in the natural gas
and energy industry, Wes Haun is a highly sought-after speaker and
trainer on the subject of Natural Gas Basics. His real-world experience
combined with his unique teaching style has earned him rave reviews from
industry professionals, administrators and new hires.
Haun currently serves as an independent consultant for a major energy user and
other businesses where he provides professional advice on the purchase and
risk management of both natural gas and electricity. He also works as an
expert witness in legal matters pertaining to contractual disputes. Haun's
previous positions include 11 years with various Enron subsidiaries where he
was eventually named vice president of offshore gas supply at Enron Gas
Marketing; and 10 years with KN Energy where he oversaw all aspects of gas
purchasing, pricing, negotiations, accounting, and contract administration.
Haun was also responsible for the company's deregulation process and
transition to an open access/common carrier status. He left KN as senior vice
president of KN Marketing and KN Interstate Transmission, and as a member of
the board of directors of KN Subsidiaries.
Haun holds a degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology; an
MBA from the University of Nebraska, and has performed graduate work at the
University of Michigan and Harvard University. He and his family make their

Ashmead Pringle [MORE]

Ashmead Pringle is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of
GreenHaven Commodity Services LLC, the Managing Owner of GreenHaven Continuous
Commodity Index Fund. Mr. Pringle founded the Managing Owner and has served as
the President since October of 2006. Since 1984, Mr. Pringle founded and has
acted as the President of Grain Service Corporation (GSC), a commodity
research and trading company.
Mr. Pringle became a registered Associated Person and listed Principal
of the Managing Owner on November 15, 2006. He became a listed Principal of GreenHaven, LLC on November 15, 2006 and a registered Associated Person of
GreenHaven, LLC on September 18, 2006. GreenHaven LLC is a Georgia LLC, which
focuses on the development of private and public commodity investments. He
became a listed Principal of Grain Service Corporation, Inc. on June 12, 1985
and a registered Associated Person of Grain Service Corporation, Inc. on
October 31, 1985.
Ashmead has conducted hundreds of seminars on hedging, risk management, and
basis trading in energy and agriculture, and is a recognized expert in
commodity risk management.
Mr. Pringle holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Baldwin (Bud) Hum [MORE]

Mr. Hum has over 20 years of experience in Natural Gas where he has
been engaged in virtually every aspect from "wellhead to burner-tip". Bud has
held positions in operations, finance, marketing/sales, trading and asset
management at renowned organizations like Amoco Canada, Direct Energy, Natural
Gas Clearinghouse, QuickTrade and Budco.
His last 10 years were spent bringing transparency and efficiencies to the
marketplace through his tenure at IntercontinentalExchange Inc. (NYSE:ICE). As
Vice President of Natural Gas Products & Trading, Bud was responsible for
growing the physical gas markets and creating financial swaps products, which
helped the upstart platform become the industry leader in a few short years.
Bud, a pioneer of electronic trading and exchange clearing, has a broad and
vast client list. These affiliations have provided him a unique and omniscient
view inside the world of Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading firms, Investment
Banks and Commercial entities. He is well equipped to offer innovative
perspectives on current issues in the commodities trading sector by drawing on
his wealth of experiences and prolific industry relationships.

George Salama is Founder, President & CEO of
"Power Energy International". PEI is a solar, renewable, conventional power
consulting company.
Formerly, Mr. Salama was President and CEO of Western Solargenics Inc., a
subsidiary of Western Wind Energy (Publicly traded company on Toronto Stock
Exchange), where he Launched Western Solargenics as a start-up solar company
and provided direct accountability for P&L. Identify, negotiate, and establish
strategic objectives, markets, and alliances/partners.
Despite late entry into Canadian and U.S. solar markets and general consensus
that new business potential was nonexistent, persevered in forming alliances
and teams within three years that assisted in stacking up ongoing book of
solar projects business valued at $420M.
Mr. Salama built framework for launch momentum and sustainable growth by
identifying strategic objectives and markets. He developed key partnerships
and strategic alliances within first 6 months after identifying those entities
offering opportune potential and then negotiated mutually beneficial
arrangements with those entities.
George has over 20 years of power and energy business development and
leadership. His business spanned USA, Canada, Latin America, Middle East,
Africa and Asia Pacific. He had key responsibilities in Southern California

Claire Gotham brings more than 17 years of experience in the energy
markets to Reese-Colston Energy Training. Her expertise includes providing
futures execution services, and training and consulting in the area of energy
risk management. As president of GSC Energy, an introducing broker and
commodity trading advisor, Gotham advises her commercial energy hedger clients
on how to manage their energy price risk and handling FAS 113 requirements
among other specialty needs.
Gotham's experience in the energy industry includes high-level consultation
positions for Deloitte & Touche's Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Practice.
She began her career at Pacific Gas & Electric where she marketed the
utility's numerous transportation, storage and hub services. She also served
as a natural gas portfolio manager at Sempra Energy Services, which allowed
her to combine her knowledge of the financial energy markets with in-depth
knowledge of the physical markets.
Gotham earned her degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She and her

programs; and serving as a trainer/coach to ensure the quality of the three

VandeSande brings a range of talent and diverse experience to his role at

production, Web-based and computer-based training, and safety education. He
holds numerous certifications in the areas of HPI/CPI safety training, first
aid, life support, and healthcare. VandeSande received his master's degree in
adult education and distance learning from the University of Phoenix and his
bachelor's degree in liberal arts from State University of New York. He and
